Common questions
The questions we hear most in the live sessions.
Is this a job?
Yes. It's an independent contractor role, not traditional W-2 employment. You earn commissions on the clients you serve, and no taxes are withheld, so you handle your own at year end. U.S. coaches complete a W-9. Coaches outside the U.S. complete a W-8BEN.
How quickly can I get started?
Immediately, as long as you meet one prerequisite: an active fitness certification, a certification that expired within the last 10 years, a degree in an exercise-related field, or active enrollment in a degree or certification program.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. ICC-1 is a one-time fee of $699 ($489 with code NASM30, or $349 for veterans with code VETERAN50). Monthly payments are available through Affirm and Klarna. No recurring subscription and no long-term commitment.
Are leads included?
Yes. Our team works the leads and books discovery calls onto your calendar once you pass the Coach Readiness Exam and bring in your first client. Volume depends on what the campaigns are yielding.
What do your most successful coaches do?
They work the leads we give them, show up to every booked appointment, and network in their warm market. If you can name 10 people right now who might want to work with you, you're starting ahead.
Can I keep training clients outside of IGNIT3?
Yes. You're an independent contractor, so in-person and online clients of your own are yours. The one contract rule: any client or lead we send you stays in the IGNIT3 system, and our programming, app, and brand are for IGNIT3 clients only. If you'd rather not run your own business, you can bring your own clients through IGNIT3 and earn your full split.
